Blade Putter Covers

The putter cover is the most handled object in the bag: off and on at every green, eighteen times a round, usually one-handed with the pin in the other hand. No other cover works that schedule, and no other cover is lost as often.

So the closure is the whole argument. A deep elastic throat goes on blind and never lets go on the walk. Magnetic flaps are lovely in the shop and are exactly how putter covers end up lying beside tee boxes — the magnet that opens easily for you opens easily against a cart bag too. The blade pattern is its own shape — a slim sleeve that hugs a blade head and protects the milled face and topline, the two surfaces on a putter that actually matter.
