Custom golf head covers questions, answered.
Everything buyers ask before they order — minimums, timings, artwork and print options.
What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 head covers — one society or one foursome’s gift is a normal order — with volume tiers for member days, tournaments and retail programmes.
How fast will my head covers arrive?
Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and finished covers ship in about 2 weeks, with express turnaround available when an event date is fixed.
Do head covers actually protect anything?
Yes — from the bag, not from the world. A modern club head shrugs off weather and the odd knock; what chips crowns and dings faces is the constant clatter of thirteen other clubs on a moving cart. A cover is padding between your driver and its neighbours, which is why we spec the padding where clubs touch and put so much weight on the cover staying on.
Why do you keep talking about the cuff?
Because covers are lost, not worn out. A cover comes off and goes back on a dozen-plus times a round, one-handed, and the ones with shallow throats or convenient magnets end up beside tee boxes. Cuff depth and closure are on every quote we write. The test: push a finger into the cuff — if it does not snap back, that cover is on borrowed time.
Knit or leather?
Knit for the classic look and the best retention in golf — the long sock grips the shaft full-length. Leather or synthetic panels for padding placement and the cleanest branding surface. Both are honest constructions; we will recommend one for your order rather than defaulting to the dearer.
Can you embroider directly on a knit cover?
No — and neither should anyone. Embroidery puckers knitted fabric and the logo distorts every time the cover stretches over a head. Knit covers carry a stitched woven or leather patch, which is how tour bags do it; leather and synthetic panels take direct embroidery and debossing beautifully.
Will one putter cover fit everyone?
Not if the putters differ. Blade and mallet are different patterns — different shapes, not sizes — and a blade cover on a mallet gapes and falls off. Our intake asks what is in play, and for mixed groups we quote a blade/mallet split in the same design at almost no extra cost.
Do you make golf towels, balls, flags, ball markers, gloves or tees?
No. Each of those is its own product with its own specialist supplier, and we will point you to one rather than sell you the wrong thing. Everything we make goes over a club head.
